Property manager reviewing building plans in a sunlit leasing office

About us

Built on steady management, one property at a time.

Peace-Filled Properties, LLC began with a simple belief: a well-run property creates peace for everyone connected to it — the resident, the owner, and the investor.

Our story

From managing a handful of units to holding a growing portfolio.

Peace-Filled Properties, LLC started by managing residential homes for owners who wanted a trustworthy hand on the day-to-day work — leasing, maintenance, and resident communication. As that reputation grew, owners began asking us to take on short-term rental hosting and, eventually, to help them improve and reposition underperforming buildings.

Today we manage multifamily communities and short-term stays, acquire value-add properties, and structure property-value partnerships with owners who want a hands-on partner rather than a hands-off manager. The name reflects the standard we hold ourselves to: every property, resident, and partnership should operate with peace, not friction.

What guides us

Four commitments we hold on every property.

Stewardship

We treat every building we manage or hold as if it were our own — maintained proactively, documented honestly, and improved over time.

Transparency

Owners and partners see real numbers, on a regular schedule, with no surprises buried in a monthly statement.

Care for residents

A home should feel peaceful. We answer maintenance requests quickly and treat every resident with respect.

Disciplined growth

We acquire and improve properties deliberately, underwriting conservatively so every partnership is built to last.

The people behind it

A small, hands-on team that answers its own phones.

Our leadership works directly with owners, residents, and investment partners on every property we touch — reviewing financials, walking units, and making decisions with the people they affect, not at a distance from them.

We keep our team deliberately small so that every owner, resident, and partner has a real relationship with the people managing their investment or their home.
